Always seek the good

“If we would give people the benefit of the doubt and extend grace, we would have more peace and joy in our life.”

Sometimes, it can be easy to not give people the benefit of the doubt. They forget to text us back, so we start suspecting that they actually don’t like us. They cut in front of us in traffic, so we assume that they are a jerk who doesn’t care about anything but themselves.

Sound familiar? But what if they didn’t text back because their phone died or they drove badly because they were having a medical emergency? There are so many opportunities to extend grace and give others the benefit of the doubt.

Seek the good in people this week.
